Esta 0.375mg Vaginal Spray is indicated in the treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy due to menopause. Vaginal atrophy occurs due to a drop in the levels of oestrogen that naturally happens after menopause. It causes dryness and irritation in the vagina.  

Esta 0.375mg Vaginal Spray contains ‘estradiol’, which works by replacing the oestrogen, which is normally produced by the ovaries.
