Children
Safe if prescribed
Eudoxime Syrup is safe for children if prescribed by the doctor. Your doctor may prescribe the dose and duration based on the child's condition and age.
Eudoxime Syrup is used to treat bacterial infections.
Eudoxime Syrup works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for their survival. This kills the bacteria and helps in treating bacterial infections.
Eudoxime Syrup may cause diarrhoea. If the child experiences diarrhoea, give them water and non-spicy food. Consult a doctor if the condition persists or worsens.
To treat the condition effectively, it is recommended that the course of Eudoxime Syrup be completed even if the child feels better. Leaving it in between may lead to a severe infection that will, in fact, stop responding to the antibiotic as well (antibiotic resistance).
