Fentin Vaginal Capsule 1's

Fentin Vaginal Capsule is used to treat a broad range of infections caused by fungi and yeast. It is used to treat various fungal or yeast infections, such as vulvovaginal candidiasis. Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a fungal infection of the vagina and tissues at the opening of the vagina vulva. Symptoms may include irritation, discharge and intense itchiness of the vagina and the vulva tissues at the vaginal opening.

Fentin Vaginal Capsule contains Fenticonazole, an antifungal that kills fungi by causing holes in their cell membranes. Thus, Fentin Vaginal Capsule can inhibit fungal growth and reduce infection. It is active against a range of organisms, including dermatophyte pathogens, Malassezia furfur, and Candida albicans.

Fentin Vaginal Capsule should be used as advised by your doctor has advised. It should be taken at the dose recommended by your doctor. Fentin Vaginal Capsule may cause common side effects like application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness. The side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if these side effects persist, please consult your doctor immediately.

Fentin Vaginal Capsule should be avoided, and inform your doctor if you are allergic to it. Tell your doctor if you are using medicines other than the Fentin Vaginal Capsule. Before using the Fentin Vaginal Capsule, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding. Do not use Fentin Vaginal Capsule in more than prescribed doses or for prolonged periods, as it may cause adverse effects. Do not start treatment with Fentin Vaginal Capsule during menstruation, as the medicine will be washed off with blood flow.

Fentin Vaginal Capsule is used in the treatment of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (vaginal fungal infections). The detailed use of Fentin Vaginal Capsule is as follows:

• Fentin Vaginal Capsule is primarily used to treat vulvovaginal candidiasis (yeast infections) and other fungal infections of the vaginal mucosa.

• Fentin Vaginal Capsule is usually taken once a day or as advised by the doctor.
• Apply Fentin Vaginal Capsule into the vaginal area using an applicator at bedtime.
• Empty the bladder completely before use, and wash your hands before and after using Fentin Vaginal Capsule.

Fentin Vaginal Capsule contains Fenticonazole, which kills the fungus/yeast and prevents its growth by inhibiting the formation of fungal cell membranes. It is used to treat various fungal or yeast infections, such as vulvovaginal candidiasis (a yeast infection of the vagina and tissues at the opening of the vagina (vulva)). Fentin Vaginal Capsule exhibit broad-spectrum antibacterial action that includes bacteria commonly associated with superinfected fungal skin and vaginal infections and antiparasitic action against the protozoan Trichomonas vaginalis. Therefore, Fentin Vaginal Capsule may be an ideal first-line monotherapy for vulvovaginal infection.

If you are known to be allergic to Fentin Vaginal Capsule or any other medicines, please tell your doctor.  Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor. If you are pregnant or a nursing mother, it is advised to consult a doctor before using Fentin Vaginal Capsule. Do not start treatment with Fentin Vaginal Capsule during menstruation as the Fentin Vaginal Capsule will be washed off with blood flow. The treatment should be finished before the onset of menstruation. Do not use tampons, vaginal douches, spermicide or other vaginal products while using Fentin Vaginal Capsule. This medicine may damage the latex of condoms and diaphragms; hence these types of contraception are also not effective during treatment with Fentin Vaginal Capsule. Hence, alternative methods of contraception or abstinence from sexual intercourse are recommended.
