I have been diagnosed with mild candidiasis and pangastritis, and I am experiencing pain in my upper abdomen along with back pain. What should I do for relief?

Pain in the upper abdomen with pangastritis is usually due to irritation of the stomach lining, and it can sometimes radiate to the back. For relief, take acid-reducing medicines like Pantoprazole before meals and follow your doctor's treatment for candidiasis (usually antifungal medication). Eat light, non-spicy food, avoid oily items, tea/coffee, and do not skip meals. Drinking plenty of water and reducing stress can also help. If the pain is severe, persistent, or worsening, follow up with your doctor for proper evaluation.
