Fluzone Lotion contains fluocinolone acetonide, which reduces the release of inflammatory mediators (chemicals that cause inflammation). It causes constriction of blood vessels, decreasing the access of cells to the injury site.

The common side effects of Fluzone Lotion are burning, itching, irritation or dryness of the skin, pimples, a change in skin colour, small white or red bumps on the skin, and tiny red bumps or rash around the mouth. Most of these side effects of Fluzone Lotion do not require medical attention. However, if the side effects persist, please consult your doctor.

Do not use Fluzone Lotion if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Before using Fluzone Lotion, inform your doctor if you have any skin infection, a history of reaction to any steroid, liver disease, or an adrenal gland disorder. • Fluzone Lotion is for external use only.
• It is recommended to apply Fluzone Lotion 2-4 times a day or as directed by your doctor.

• Clean and dry the affected area of the skin. Then, apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area and gently rub it in.
• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application.
• If Fluzone Lotion accidentally comes into contact with the nose, mouth, or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
