Freshe 10mg Tablet is used in the treatment of insomnia and symptoms of the common cold. The detailed uses of Freshe 10mg Tablet are as follows:

• Temporary Relief of Insomnia: Freshe 10mg Tablet helps individuals fall asleep and stay asleep, addressing short-term sleep issues by promoting relaxation and reducing wakefulness.
• Cold and Flu Symptom Relief: Freshe 10mg Tablet helps manage symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and congestion associated with colds and flu, making it easier to rest and recover.
• Allergy Symptom Relief: Freshe 10mg Tablet alleviates symptoms of allergies, such as a runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes.

Freshe 10mg Tablet belongs to the class of medicines called sedating antihistamines indicated in the short-term treatment of insomnia. Freshe 10mg Tablet causes the central nervous system to slow down; this helps provide relief from insomnia. Freshe 10mg Tablet is also used in combination with other medicines and decongestants to relieve symptoms of common cold, hay fever, and allergy, such as red, itchy, watery eyes, itchy nose or throat, runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance that causes allergy symptoms. Thereby, Freshe 10mg Tablet helps treats symptoms of the common cold and allergy. Freshe 10mg Tablet may also be used to treat travel sickness. 

• Freshe 10mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach, either 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, or as advised by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Swallow Freshe 10mg Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush or break it.

Insomnia:

• Try sticking to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and waketime consistent.

• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Avoid doing a strenuous activity before bedtime.

Do not take Freshe 10mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform your doctor if you have/had asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema (lung disease that causes shortness of breath), breathing problems, glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye), ulcers, heart disease, thyroid problems, depression, seizures, high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medicines, including herbal or vitamin/mineral supplements.
