Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's is used to treat a broad range of infections caused by fungi and yeast. It is used to treat various fungal or yeast infections, such as vulvovaginal candidiasis. Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a fungal infection of the vagina and tissues at the opening of the vagina vulva. Symptoms may include irritation, discharge and intense itchiness of the vagina and the vulva tissues at the vaginal opening.

Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's contains Fenticonazole, an antifungal that kills fungi by causing holes in their cell membranes. Thus, Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's can inhibit fungal growth and reduce infection. It is active against a range of organisms, including dermatophyte pathogens, Malassezia furfur, and Candida albicans.

Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's should be used as advised by your doctor has advised. It should be taken at the dose recommended by your doctor. Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's may cause common side effects like application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness. The side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if these side effects persist, please consult your doctor immediately.

Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's should be avoided, and inform your doctor if you are allergic to it. Tell your doctor if you are using medicines other than the Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's. Before using the Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding. Do not use Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's in more than prescribed doses or for prolonged periods, as it may cause adverse effects. Do not start treatment with Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's during menstruation, as the medicine will be washed off with blood flow.

Therefore, Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's may be an ideal first-line monotherapy for vulvovaginal infection.

If you are known to be allergic to Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's or any other medicines, please tell your doctor.  Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor. If you are pregnant or a nursing mother, it is advised to consult a doctor before using Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's. Do not start treatment with Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's during menstruation as the Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's will be washed off with blood flow. The treatment should be finished before the onset of menstruation. Do not use tampons, vaginal douches, spermicide or other vaginal products while using Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's. This medicine may damage the latex of condoms and diaphragms; hence these types of contraception are also not effective during treatment with Fungexa 600 Softgel Capsule 1's. Hence, alternative methods of contraception or abstinence from sexual intercourse are recommended.
