• Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis: Herpikind Eye Ointment 5 gm is used to treat herpes simplex keratitis, an infection of the cornea (the transparent front part of the eye) caused by the herpes simplex virus. It helps reduce symptoms such as eye pain, blurred vision and redness.
• Prevention of Recurrence in Herpes Simplex Infections: Herpikind Eye Ointment 5 gm may be used to prevent Herpes Simplex Infections recurrence, particularly in people with a history of repeated flare-ups.
• Post-Surgical Infection Prevention: Herpikind Eye Ointment 5 gm may be used to prevent viral infections in individuals at high risk for herpes simplex virus infections after certain eye surgeries.

• Herpikind Eye Ointment 5 gm is used to manage viral infections of the eye caused by the herpes simplex virus.
