Clotrimazole is an antifungal that prevents the development of fungi by stopping them from developing their own protective covering. Lactobacillus (Lactic Acid Bacillus) is a live bacteria that maintain the vagina in a healthy form by making anti-infectious substances. Tinidazole is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria by damaging their DNA.
