Juflox M Oral Suspension may be prescribed to treat the following infections: 

• Bacterial diarrhoea and dysentery: It targets and eliminates the harmful bacteria and parasites in the digestive tract that cause painful abdominal cramps and loose, watery, or bloody stools.
• Gastrointestinal infections: It clears mixed infections in the stomach and intestines, helping to relieve bloating, gas, and abdominal pain.
• Gynaecological infections: It treats infections of the female reproductive system by destroying both oxygen-tolerant and oxygen-sensitive bacteria.
• Dental infections: It resolves deep tooth abscesses and severe gum infections, relieving severe dental pain and swelling.

Always take Juflox M Oral Suspension exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not change your dose or stop taking it early without consulting them.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet, as this can affect how the medicine is absorbed and cause an unpleasant taste.
• Take this medicine with food or immediately after a meal to protect your stomach from irritation or nausea.
• Space your doses evenly throughout the day to keep a constant level of the medicine in your system.

• Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, such as water, clear broths, or oral rehydration solutions (ORS), to replace lost fluids and prevent dehydration caused by diarrhoea.
• Avoid all alcohol: Do not consume alcohol during your treatment and for at least 3 days after finishing Juflox M Oral Suspension to avoid severe, dangerous interactions.
• Eat simple, bland foods: Stick to easily digestible foods like rice, bananas, applesauce, and plain toast. Avoid dairy products, spicy dishes, and highly fatty foods until your digestive tract has fully recovered.
• Protect yourself from the sun: This medicine can make your skin highly sensitive to sunlight. Wear protective clothing, sunglasses, and a broad-spectrum sunscreen when spending time outdoors.

• Complete the Full Course: Do not skip doses or stop taking Juflox M Oral Suspension early, even if you feel better, as this may cause the infection to return and increase the risk of antibiotic resistance.
• Inspect Before Use: Check the medication packaging before use and do not take the tablets if the blister seal is broken or the tablets appear damaged or discoloured.
• Avoid Certain Antacids and Supplements: Do not take antacids containing magnesium or aluminium, or supplements containing iron, calcium, or zinc, within two hours of taking this medicine, as they may reduce its absorption.
• Watch for Tendon Problems: Rest the affected area and contact your doctor immediately if you develop sudden pain, swelling, or tenderness in a tendon, particularly around the ankle, knee, or wrist.
• Use Caution When Driving: Avoid driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require alertness if you feel dizzy or lightheaded after taking this medicine.
