Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disorder of the joints. Still’s disease is also an inflammatory type of arthritis affecting the joints. Periodic fever syndromes are autoimmune inflammatory syndromes characterised by recurrent bouts of fever and swelling.
