L-Cin Syrup is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in children, such as chest infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and infection of the nose, sinuses and throat.
L-Cin Syrup contains Levofloxacin, which kills infection-causing bacteria by inhibiting the activity of the DNA-gyrase enzyme found in bacteria. This prevents their ability to divide and repair.

L-Cin Syrup is used to treat bacterial infections, including acute pneumonia (lung infection), bronchitis (inflammation of lung passages), skin infections, and urinary tract infections.
L-Cin Syrup works by killing infection-causing bacteria by inhibiting the activity of the DNA gyrase enzyme found in bacteria. This prevents their ability to divide and repair.
Diarrhoea may be caused by L-Cin Syrup. It is an antibiotic that destroys dangerous bacteria by killing them. Nonetheless, it also affects the beneficial bacteria in your stomach or gut, causing diarrhoea. Talk to your doctor if your child has diarrhoea during treatment with L-Cin Syrup.
Do not stop giving L-Cin Syrup even if your child feels better until the doctor advises. The child's symptoms may improve, but the infection may not be cured completely. Hence, follow your doctor's instructions.
You are recommended to give L-Cin Syrup to your child for as long as it is advised by a doctor for effective results. If symptoms continue or worsen, seek further advice from your doctor.
Inform your doctor if your child’s symptoms are not relieved even after using L-Cin Syrup for some specific period of time.
L-Cin Syrup may cause some common side effects in some individuals, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, and headache. Contact a doctor if these side effects persist for longer durations in your children.
