It contains lenalidomide, which works by stimulating the immune system to attack the cancer cells. It also kills the abnormal cells in the bone marrow and helps the bone marrow to produce normal blood cells. About Lenalid 15Mg Capsule
Lenalid 15Mg Capsule is used to treat multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, deletion 5q MDS, mantle cell lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells that causes abnormal antibody production and bone damage.
Lenalid 15Mg Capsule contains ‘lenalidomide’, which works by helping the body’s immune system and directly attacks cancer.
In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as fatigue, constipation, diarrhoea, muscle cramps, nausea, headache, upper respiratory tract infection, dizziness, shortness of breath, and weakness. Talk with your doctor if you experience any of these side effects persistently.
Inform your doctor if you are allergic to Lenalid 15Mg Capsule or any of its components. Avoid taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Lenalid 15Mg Capsule may cause dizziness, sleepiness, tiredness, and blurred vision, so drive only if you are alert. Men and women taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule must use effective contraception.

Lenalid 15Mg Capsule is used to treat multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, mantle cell lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma. It is also used to treat a type of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) known as deletion 5q MDS, where part of chromosome 5 is missing.
Lenalid 15Mg Capsule works by helping the body immune system and directly attacks cancer. It stops the development of cancer cells, stops the blood vessels growing in cancer, and stimulates the part of the immune system to attack the cancer cells.
Do not stop taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule on your own. You are advised to take Lenalid 15Mg Capsule for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. Do not be reluctant to speak with your doctor if you experience any difficulty while taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule .
No, it is not safe to father a child while taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule . Lenalid 15Mg Capsule can pass into human semen. During sexual activity with females of reproductive potential, always use effective contraception such as latex or synthetic condom while taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule and for at least 4weeks after discontinuing Lenalid 15Mg Capsule , even if you have undergone a successful vasectomy. Male patients taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule must not donate semen whilst taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule and for 4weeks after discontinuing Lenalid 15Mg Capsule .
Patients taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule must not donate blood during the treatment with Lenalid 15Mg Capsule and for 1month after discontinuation of Lenalid 15Mg Capsule as the donated blood might be given to pregnant women whose foetus should not be exposed to Lenalid 15Mg Capsule since it causes severe birth defects.
People with multiple myeloma taking Lenalid 15Mg Capsule may have an increased risk for blood clots in veins, arteries, and lungs. The risk is even higher if you are taking dexamethasone with Lenalid 15Mg Capsule for treating multiple myeloma. Consult your doctor immediately if you notice symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, and swelling in the legs or arm.
Lenalid 15Mg Capsule might cause neutropenia (low white blood cells) or thrombocytopenia (low platelets). Blood count should be checked regularly during treatment with Lenalid 15Mg Capsule .
You should take Lenalid 15Mg Capsule at the same time every day. You can take the capsules with or without food.
Dose adjustment may be necessary. Please consult your doctor if you have kidney impairment or any concerns regarding this.

Yes, even women with fertility difficulties must take birth control while taking this medication. You must also take a negative pregnancy test 10 to 14 days before treatment and again 24 hours before. You will be tested for pregnancy every 2 to 4 weeks while on Lenalid 15Mg Capsule .
