Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's is used to treat multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, deletion 5q MDS, mantle cell lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells that causes abnormal antibody production and bone damage.

Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's contains ‘lenalidomide’, which works by helping the body’s immune system and directly attacks cancer.

In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as fatigue, constipation, diarrhoea, muscle cramps, nausea, headache, upper respiratory tract infection, dizziness, shortness of breath, and weakness. Talk with your doctor if you experience any of these side effects persistently.

• Treatment of multiple myeloma: Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's is used in combination with other medicines to treat patients with multiple myeloma, a cancer of plasma cells.
• Management of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS): Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's is effective in treating certain types of MDS, a group of disorders caused by poorly formed or dysfunctional blood cells.
• Treatment of mantle cell lymphoma: Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's is used to manage mantle cell lymphoma, a rare and aggressive type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
• Treatment of follicular lymphoma: Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's may be used in adults with follicular lymphoma, a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, especially after prior treatment failure.

• Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's can be taken with or without food.
• It is usually taken once daily or as prescribed by your doctor.

• Do not take Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's if you are allergic to any of its components.
• Inform your doctor if you have/had blood clots, a heart attack, neuropathy, a slow heart rate, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, infections/signs of infections, a viral infection, HIV, hepatitis B, epilepsy, liver or kidney problems.
• Do not take Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's if you are pregnant, as it might cause severe birth defects or the death of the unborn baby.
• Avoid taking Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's if you are breastfeeding, as it is unknown if it passes into breastmilk.
• Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's may cause dizziness, sleepiness and blurred vision, so drive only if you are alert. Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's is not recommended for use in children.
• Avoid consuming alcohol along with Lenalieva 5 mg Capsule 30's as it could lead to increased dizziness and sleepiness.
