Your doctor may prescribe Longhold T 10 Tablet to help manage the following conditions:

• Erectile dysfunction: Helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity.
• Benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate): Helps relax the muscles of the prostate and bladder, improving urine flow and reducing symptoms such as a weak urine stream, straining, frequent urination, and urgency.

• It is usually taken once a day, or as prescribed by your doctor.

• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

• Eat a heart-healthy diet: Choose plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats because good cardiovascular health supports healthy blood flow.
• Limit alcohol consumption: Drinking alcohol may reduce your ability to achieve an erection and increase the risk of dizziness or low blood pressure while taking this medicine.
• Stay physically active: Regular aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking, helps improve blood circulation and may support both erectile function and urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate.

• Avoid recreational nitrates ('poppers'): Recreational inhalants containing amyl nitrate or butyl nitrate can interact with this medicine in the same way as prescription nitrates and should never be used together.
• Stand up slowly: This medicine may lower your blood pressure slightly, particularly when standing up quickly, which can make you feel dizzy or light-headed.
• Seek immediate medical help for sudden vision changes: Stop taking this medicine and seek emergency medical care if you experience sudden loss of vision or significant changes in your eyesight.
• Tell your doctor if you take alpha-blockers: If you take medicines such as tamsulosin or doxazosin for high blood pressure or an enlarged prostate, your doctor may need to adjust your treatment to reduce the risk of low blood pressure and dizziness.
