Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml is used in the treatment of female infertility. The detailed uses of Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml are as follows:

• Induces Ovulation to Treat Infertility: Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml is used to stimulate ovulation (the release of an egg from the ovary) in women who are unable to conceive due to ovulation disorders, particularly in cases such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
• Supports In-vitro Fertilization (IVF) Treatments: Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml is often used in assisted reproductive techniques, such as IVF, to stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs.
• Increases Oestrogen Production: Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml mimics the action of follicle-stimulating hormone (a natural sex hormone), promoting the growth and maturation of follicles, which in turn produce and increase oestrogen levels.

Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml contains Urofollitropin which works similarly to follicle-stimulating hormone (natural sex hormone). Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml increases estrogen production that stimulates the development of the egg and mature follicle in women having ovulation (release of an egg from the ovary) problems and those undergoing IVF treatments.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml may be administered by your doctor, or you may be told to inject the medication yourself at home. Your doctor will train you on how to use Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml at home. Check the label for directions and use it as advised by the doctor. Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml should be administered subcutaneously (under the skin) on your lower abdomen, 1-2 inches below the navel, alternating between left and right and right sides.
• Rotate injection site each time to prevent skin problems.
• If there is any bleeding at your injection site, place a gauze pad over your injection site. Apply gentle pressure to stop the bleeding. Do not rub the site. If your injection site becomes sore or red, you may put ice on your injection site for a few minutes.

• Avoid fried and processed foods.
• Take high-fat dairy such as whole milk instead of low-fat products.
• Include fibre-rich foods like whole grains, fruits and vegetables in your diet.
• Avoid refined carbohydrates that are high in sugars.
• Replace animal proteins (like eggs, fish and meat) with vegetable protein sources (nuts, seeds and beans).
• Avoid drinking excess alcohol or caffeinated drinks as they can worsen the symptoms.
• Maintain a healthy weight, do moderate exercise regularly.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol intake.

If you are allergic to Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. If you have hyperprolactinemia (high levels of prolactin hormone), tumours of the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, uterus, breasts or ovaries, underactive adrenal or thyroid glands, blood clots, vaginal bleeding, uterus fibroids, early menopause, malformations of sexual organs, cysts on ovaries or enlarged ovaries, inform your doctor before taking Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml. Avoid taking Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and consult a doctor before taking Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml. If you experience weight gain, stomach pain, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, difficulty in breathing, decreased urination or swelling in the stomach after few days of taking Lupi-FSH 75IU Injection 2 ml last dose, please consult a doctor immediately as these might be signs of high levels of activity in the ovaries.
