Malasulf Suspension

Malasulf Suspension is an antimalarial medicine used to treat malaria. Malaria is a parasitic disease caused by the Plasmodium species. The infection occurs when a mosquito bites and enters the human body. Malasulf Suspension is also used to treat toxoplasmosis (an infection caused by the parasite Toxoplasma gondii).

Malasulf Suspension contains Pyrimethamine and Sulphadoxine as active ingredients. Pyrimethamine kills the parasite and stops the infection from spreading. Sulphadoxine helps prevent the parasite from producing folinic acid, which is necessary for its multiplication.

Malasulf Suspension may cause certain side effects such as nausea, dizziness, vomiting, headache, diarrhoea, anorexia, body pain, and stomach discomfort. If these side effects persist, inform your doctor immediately. Malasulf Suspension should be taken as advised by your doctor.

Malasulf Suspension should be avoided if you are allergic to it or any other artemisinin derivatives. Before taking $ name, inform your doctor if you have/had any conditions such as anaemia, liver/kidney disease, heart problem, or are taking any other medicines, as it may cause serious side effects under these conditions. • Treatment of malaria: Malasulf Suspension is used to treat malaria infections caused by Plasmodium parasites, especially Plasmodium falciparum.
• Prevention of malaria recurrence: Malasulf Suspension helps stop the reproduction of parasites to reduce the risk of relapse and reinfection.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication, to ensure the safety.
• Take the prescribed dose by mouth using the measuring cup or dosing syringe.
• Shake the bottle well before each use.

Malasulf Suspension is a combination medicine containing Pyrimethamine and Sulphadoxine as active ingredients.
