Maxvoid Plus 8 ( Combi Pack ) Tablet is a combination of Silodosin and Dutasteride. This medicine works by blocking the action of alpha-1 receptors, causing smooth muscle relaxation in the bladder and prostate. Dutasteride blocks the action of a 5-alpha reductase enzyme, resulting in a shrinkage of the size of the prostate gland.
