Mirasmart S 25 Tablet is used in the treatment of Overactive bladder. The detailed uses of Mirasmart S 25 Tablet are as follows:

• Treating overactive bladder (OAB): Mirasmart S 25 Tablet helps manage symptoms like urinary urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence by relaxing bladder muscles and reducing involuntary contractions.
• Enhancing bladder control and urine-holding capacity: Mirasmart S 25 Tablet combines Mirabegron, which relaxes bladder muscles to increase storage volume, and Solifenacin, which prevents spasms by blocking muscarinic receptors, together improving continence and reducing urgency.
• Reducing nighttime urination and leakage: Mirasmart S 25 Tablet is effective in lowering episodes of nocturia and accidental urine leakage, improving sleep and quality of life.

• Mirasmart S 25 Tablet is a combination of Solifenacin and Mirabegron, used to effectively manage symptoms of an overactive bladder (OAB).
• It treats symptoms such as urinary incontinence (urine leakage), urgent or frequent urination, increased night-time urination, and painful or difficult urination (dysuria).
• Solifenacin is an anticholinergic agent which reduces involuntary bladder contractions and increases bladder capacity.

• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• Pelvic floor exercises would be helpful in treating bladder spasms.
• Avoid foods like sugars, carbonated beverages, tea, citrus fruits, tomatoes, spicy foods, and chocolate. 
• Avoid drinking excess alcohol or caffeinated drinks, as they can worsen the symptoms.
• Maintain a healthy weight and exercise regularly.
• Quit smoking.
• Take 6-8 glasses of liquids every day.
• Avoid processed foods. Instead, choose whole, unprocessed foods.

• Do not take Mirasmart S 25 Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents.
• Inform your doctor if you have glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, ulcerative colitis, urinary retention, high blood pressure, angioedema, kidney or liver problems.

• Mirasmart S 25 Tablet is not recommended for children.
