About Nacl-5 Eye Drops

Nacl-5 Eye Drops is indicated in the temporary relief of corneal oedema. It may also be used for irrigation of the eye as required, including removal of harmful substances and first aid. Corneal oedema, also called corneal swelling, is a condition caused by the build-up of fluid in the cornea.

Nacl-5 Eye Drops contains Sodium chloride that works by drawing fluid out of the cornea. Thereby, Nacl-5 Eye Drops helps reduce swelling and may lessen irritation or eye discomfort caused by swelling.

In some cases, Nacl-5 Eye Drops may cause side effects such as a burning sensation, redness, eye discomfort, and temporary blurred vision. • Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.• Tilt your head back and gently pull your lower eyelid downward and outward. Gently squeeze the dropper to instil Nacl-5 Eye Drops into your eyes. Blink your eyes a few times to help spread the medication.• Do not touch the tip of the dropper to prevent contamination. Gently wipe away any excess liquid around the eyes with a clean tissue.

Avoid staring at digital screens for longer durations. Rest your eyes every 20 minutes.
Blink regularly as it helps in the spread of hydrating substances such as mucus and tears across the eyes.
