Nasoclear Coughgo Day Syrup: Nasoclear Coughgo Day Syrup contains Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is an anti-tussive that relieves cough by suppressing cough centres in the brain. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is a decongestant that works by reducing swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages. Together, they provide relief from cough and nasal congestion.
