Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet is primarily used to treat high blood pressure. High blood pressure is a condition in which the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high, leading to hypertension.

Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet contains nebivolol and hydrochlorothiazide. It relaxes the blood vessels and removes extra water/fluid from the body. Thereby, it helps treat high blood pressure.

Take Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, weakness, diarrhoea, nausea, headache, and indigestion. Most of these side effects of Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Before starting Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet, please inform your doctor if you have any allergies, heart disease, asthma, diabetes, thyroid, glaucoma, kidney/liver disease, gout or if you cannot pass urine. Notify your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Hypertension: Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet lowers elevated blood pressure to protect the heart and blood vessels.

• It can be taken with or without food as advised by a doctor.

• Swallow Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.

• Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet should not be given to people allergic to Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet, have low blood pressure (less than 90 mm of Hg), have had a heart attack, kidney disease, liver disease, pregnant women or planning to get pregnant and breastfeeding women.
• It is contraindicated in low blood pressure (hypotension) and aortic stenosis (heart valve problem).
• Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet can pass into breast milk, but its effect on the baby is unknown. So, it is better to tell your doctor if you take Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet and breastfeeding.
• Nebiten-H 5mg/12.5mg Tablet is not recommended for children younger than 18 years of age.
