You are not recommended to take One Iron Tablet 10's with phenytoin as co-administration of these two medicines may reduce the concentration of One Iron Tablet 10's in blood and increase the risk of seizures (fits). However, please consult a doctor before taking One Iron Tablet 10's with phenytoin.

One Iron Tablet 10's should be used with caution in patients suffering from stomach ulcers as it may worsen the condition. Therefore, it is advised to inform your doctor if you have an ulcer before taking One Iron Tablet 10's.

One Iron Tablet 10's may turn stools to black colour. It is a common side effect of One Iron Tablet 10's and is not harmful.
