For optimal plaque removal and to effectively stop bleeding gums, follow these steps:

1. Apply a pea-sized amount of the toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush thoroughly for at least two minutes, paying special attention to the gum line and all tooth surfaces.
3. Spit out the excess toothpaste after brushing.
4. Do not swallow. Minimise rinsing with water to allow the fluoride to remain active and protect the teeth.
