About Ototop Eye Drop

Ototop Eye Drop belongs to the class of antibiotics used to treat bacterial eye infections. Bacterial eye infection occurs when harmful bacteria invade any part of the eye, such as the eyeball, conjunctiva, or cornea. Symptoms of an infection include red eyes, pain, discharge, watery/dry eyes, swelling, and itching.

Ototop Eye Drop contains Levofloxacin, which works by killing the bacteria that cause infection. Thus, Ototop Eye Drop helps treat bacterial eye infections.

Use Ototop Eye Drop as prescribed by your doctor. Ototop Eye Drop may cause common side effects such as a burning sensation, decreased vision or mucus in the eye. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

  • Treatment of Bacterial Eye Infections: Ototop Eye Drop is used to treat bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye) and other bacterial eye infections by stopping the growth of bacteria, relieving symptoms like redness, itching, and discharge.
