Pamagin Gold Oral Suspension 60 ml is used to relieve symptoms of muscle pain, arthritis pain, dysmenorrhea (painful periods or menstrual cramps), and dental pain and reduces fever. Pain can be temporary (acute) or long-lasting (chronic).

Pamagin Gold Oral Suspension 60 ml contains Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. This medicine works by blocking the effect of prostaglandin, which is responsible for inducing pain and inflammation in the body.
