Pertuza 420 mg Injection 14 ml is combined with trastuzumab and docetaxel for treating patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer who have not received any chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer. This medicine is also used in combination with docetaxel and trastuzumab as a neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer in patients with HER2-positive (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) or as part of a complete treatment regimen for early breast cancer.
