Piconim Oral Suspension contains liquid paraffin, milk of magnesia, and Sodium picosulphate. Liquid paraffin works by lubricating the bowels and softening the stools. Sodium picosulfate prevents water absorption in the colonic lumen and stimulates the colon's propulsive activity, thereby promoting water accumulation.
