Like all medicines, Pymolar 250mg Suspension may cause some common side effects, including diarrhoea, dizziness, headache, irritability, loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting, and trouble sleeping in some cases. Most of these side effects of Pymolar 250mg Suspension do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if you notice any of these side effects persist or worsen your child’s condition, inform your doctor immediately.
