About RCINEX Z TABLET
RCINEX Z TABLET belongs to the group of medicines called 'anti-tuberculosis drugs' primarily used to treat tuberculosis, also known as TB. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis that mainly affects the lungs but can also spread to other body parts such as kidneys, brain, spine, and bone marrow. RCINEX Z TABLET does not work against infections caused by the virus, including colds and flu.
RCINEX Z TABLET combines three anti-tuberculosis drugs: Rifampicin, Isoniazid, and Pyrazinamide. Rifampicin inhibits DNA-dependent RNA polymerase activity in the bacteria. Isoniazid inhibits the biosynthesis of mycolic acid, which is the major component of the cell wall. Pyrazinamide inhibits the growth of the bacteria. Together, RCINEX Z TABLET kills Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which causes TB (tuberculosis).
