Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm

Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm is used to treat sinonasal disease. The sinonasal disease includes chronic rhinosinusitis (Chronic sinusitis occurs when the spaces inside your nose and head (sinuses) are swollen and inflamed for three months or longer, despite treatment), allergic rhinitis (also known as hay fever, is a type of inflammation in the nose which occurs when the immune system overreacts to allergens in the air), and viral upper respiratory infections (common viral infection that affects the nose, throat, and airways).

Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm is a combination of two drugs: sodium bicarbonate and Sodium chloride. Both are sodium salts. Both work together to provide moisture in the nasal cavity so that the thick mucus softens. This, in turn, helps to clear out the mucus from the nose and relieves the nasal (nose) blockage. This is how it helps with easy breathing and treats dryness of the nose by providing enough moisture.

In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as ear fullness, burning or stinging of the nasal mucosa, and epistaxis (bleeding from the nose). Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm. Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm is not recommended for diarrhoea, kidney diseases, or heart diseases. Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm should be used with extreme caution in children as the safety and effectiveness in children have not been confirmed. If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. You will need to discuss the benefits and risks of using Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm while you are pregnant. It is not known if Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm is found in breast milk. If you are or will be breastfeeding while you use Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm check with your doctor. Discuss any possible risks to your baby. Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm is also used with caution in pregnancy-associated hypertension. Do not touch the tip of the container, as it may get contaminated.

Treatment of Sinonasal disease. The detailed uses of Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm are as follows:

• Relieves nasal congestion: Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm helps clear thick mucus and ease breathing.
• Treats chronic sinusitis: Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm reduces inflammation in the sinuses.
• Moisturizes nasal passages: Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm prevents dryness and irritation inside the nose.

• Rhinosaline Sachet 3 gm is typically used every 2 hours as needed. However, follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Check the label for directions before use.
• Empty the contents into the squeeze bottle and add lukewarm water. Close the cap and shake the bottle gently until the powder dissolves and forms a solution.
• Tilt your head to the side, insert the container tip into the nostril, and gently squeeze to release the solution. Gently blow your nose after rinsing to remove mucus and any leftover solution.
• Avoid touching the container tip to the inside of your nose to prevent contamination.
