S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule is indicated in the treatment of stomach/gastric cancer. Stomach (gastric) cancer is a type of cancer that originates in the cells lining the stomach. Symptoms may include feeling bloated after eating, nausea, heartburn or indigestion.

S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule contains Tegafur, Gimeracil and Oteracil, which work by inhibiting the genetic material and preventing the growth of cancer cells. Thereby, it helps treat stomach cancer.

In some cases, S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and constipation. Do not be reluctant to talk with your doctor if any of the side effects persist or worsen.

Directions for Use

• S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule can be taken 1 hour before or after a meal.• It is usually taken 2 times a day, in the morning and evening, for the duration prescribed by your doctor.• Swallow S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule as a whole with a glass of water.• Do not crush, chew, or open it.

Storage

• Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.• Keep S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule out of reach and sight of children. • Non cold chain - To be stored in cool places at 10ºC to 25ºC or below 30ºC.

What if I have taken an overdose of S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule

Do not take more than prescribed dose. Taking more medication will not improve your symptoms; rather they may cause poisoning or serious side-effects. If you think there has been an overdose, or experience any adverse events get medical care right away.

Drug Warnings

Do not take S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule if you are allergic to any of its components, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a history of severe and unexpected reactions to fluoropyrimidine therapy, known dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) deficiency, severe bone marrow suppression, or end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis. Inform the doctor if you have bone marrow suppression, diarrhoea, dehydration, kidney or liver problems, or eye toxicity. S One Trio 4.35mg/11.8mg/15mg Capsule is not recommended for use in children below 18 years. Let the doctor know if you take other medicines, including supplements and herbal products.
