Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet is used in the reduction of pain and inflammation related to conditions such as bone or soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, dental pain, migraine and tension headaches, and menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). It helps relieve pain and swelling in the affected tissues by blocking certain chemicals that cause pain and breaking down insoluble proteins (fibrin) in blood clots. About Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet

Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet is used in the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with various conditions, such as bone or soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, dental pain, migraine and tension headaches, and menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).

Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet contains Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac blocks the action of a chemical messenger (cyclo-oxygenase) that causes pain and swelling at the injured or damaged tissue. Serratiopeptidase helps degrade insoluble protein (fibrin) in blood clots and thin fluids in the affected area, thereby reducing swelling.

Take Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it. Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet may cause common side effects such as stomach ache, diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and indigestion. Please consult your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or to other painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or diclofenac. Avoid taking Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet during the last trimester of pregnancy unless advised by your doctor. It is not recommended for use in children. Do not take Serapro-D 50/10 Tablet if you have a stomach ulcer, gastric bleeding, severe heart failure, stroke, or hypertension (high blood pressure).
