Serm-LS Tablet 10's contains 'Ormeloxifene', which prevents implantation on the wall of the uterus. Serm-LS Tablet 10's may also change the lining of the uterus to prevent the development of a pregnancy. Serm-LS Tablet 10's does not have any effect if you are already pregnant; hence, it does not cause abortion.

Take Serm-LS Tablet 10's as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor will recommend how often you take Serm-LS Tablet 10's based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience irregular or delayed periods. Most of these side effects of Serm-LS Tablet 10's subside with time.
