Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule is used for the treatment of Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition in men that causes the enlargement of the prostate gland. Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule contains Mirabegron and Silodosin. Mirabegron works by reducing the activity of an overactive bladder and treats related symptoms. Silodosin works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland. Thus, it makes it easier to pass urine and helps relieve urinary symptoms.

Take Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule as prescribed. Your doctor will advise you on how often you should take it based on your medical condition. Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule may cause common side effects such as abnormal ejaculation, increased heart rate, dizziness, nausea, constipation, urinary tract infections, and runny or blocked nose. The detailed uses of Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule are as follows:<br/>• Management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH): Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule is primarily used to manage benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB).<br/>• Relieve symptoms: Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule help relieve bothersome urinary symptoms like frequent urination, urgency, weak stream, and incomplete bladder emptying.<br/>

Directions for Use

• Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule can be taken with or without food, as advised by the doctor.• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.• Swallow the whole Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule with a glass of water.• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

What if I have taken an overdose of Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule

Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Using more medication will not improve symptoms; instead, they may cause serious adverse effects such as Increased pulse rate, systolic blood pressure, and hypotension. If you suspect that you or anyone else who may have overdosed of Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule, please go to the emergency department of the closest hospital.

Drug Warnings

If you are allergic to Mirabegron, Silodosin or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule is not recommended for children and adolescents below 18 years of age. Drive only if you are alert after taking Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule as it may cause dizziness. If you are about to undergo cataract eye surgery, inform your eye specialist that you are taking Silotrif M 50 Combipack Capsule as it may cause complications during the surgery.
