Sofrin O Oral Suspension contains Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. Ofloxacin inhibits DNA gyrase, and Ornidazole prevents protein synthesis, which leads to cell death and kills the bacteria. Together, Sofrin O Oral Suspension helps treat bacterial infections.

In some cases, Sofrin O Oral Suspension may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, and heartburn. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve over time. However, talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
