Sorifix Lotion is a combination medicine which is used in the treatment of psoriasis. This medicine contains clobetasol and calcipotriol which works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation and thus reduces swelling, redness, and itching. You may experience common side effects like itching, redness, stinging sensation, dryness, and rash. It is advised to avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose and mouth as it is for external use only.

About Sorifix Lotion

Sorifix Lotion is used to treat psoriasis. Psoriasis is a skin disorder in which skin cells multiply and form bumpy (uneven) red patches covered with white scales. These red patches can commonly appear on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back.

Sorifix Lotion consists of two medicines: Clobetasol propionate (corticosteroid) and Calcipotriol (the synthetic form of Vitamin D). Clobetasol propionate blocks the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers), which make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Calcipotriol inhibits the overproduction of skin cells. Together, Sorifix Lotion treats psoriasis.

Sorifix Lotion is for external use only. Use Sorifix Lotion as advised by the doctor. In some cases, Sorifix Lotion may cause common side effects like itching, redness, stinging sensation, dryness, and rash. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. If these side effects persist longer, please consult your doctor.

Medicinal Benefits
