Tamfil S Capsule may be prescribed for the following conditions:

• Limit sodium intake: Reduce salt in your diet to help prevent fluid retention and swelling while taking this medicine.
• Support your bones: Eat calcium-rich foods (like dairy products or leafy greens) and ensure adequate Vitamin D intake, as long-term steroid use can weaken bones.
• Monitor blood sugar: If you have diabetes, check your blood sugar levels regularly, as this medicine can cause blood glucose levels to rise.
• Practice good hygiene: Wash your hands frequently and avoid close contact with people who are sick, as this medicine can lower your resistance to infections.
   

• Do Not Stop Treatment Suddenly: Tamfil S Capsule should be discontinued gradually under medical supervision to allow your body to adjust safely.
