Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet contains Chlorthalidone, Cilnidipine, and Telmisartan, which work by relaxing and widening the blood vessels and facilitating the removal of excess water.

Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet contains Chlorthalidone, Cilnidipine and Telmisartan. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic (water tablet) that increases the removal of excess water and certain salts such as sodium and potassium from the blood. This removal of water from blood reduces the fluid volume circulating through blood vessels and improves blood flow. Cilnidipine and Telmisartan relax and widen blood vessels. Thus, Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet lowers high blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other heart problems.
You are not recommended to take ibuprofen with Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet as it may reduce the effect of Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet and increase the risk of impaired kidney function. However, if you experience loss of appetite, sudden weight loss or weight gain, weakness, muscle cramps, vomiting, nausea, decreased or increased urination, irregular heart rhythm, and fluid retention, please consult a doctor immediately. If you are supposed to use these medicines together, you are advised to contact your doctor so that the dose may be adjusted to be used safely.
Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet may increase potassium levels in the blood. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid the intake of potassium supplements and foods that are rich in potassium, such as bananas, sweet potatoes, nuts, and noni juice, as it may result in hyperkalaemia (high levels of potassium in the blood) and cause severe adverse effects such as irregular heartbeat, muscle paralysis, and kidney failure.
Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet may cause dizziness in some patients. Therefore, if you feel dizzy after taking Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet, avoid driving or operating heavy machinery.
You are not recommended to stop taking Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet without consulting your doctor, even if you find symptomatic relief, as it may worsen the condition. Therefore, take Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it, and if you experience any difficulty while using Teltix Trio 40mg/10mg/12.5mg Tablet, please consult your doctor.
