About Triorid-IT Tablet

Triorid-IT Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called anti-fungal agents used to treat fungal infections such as tinea corporis (ringworm), tinea capitis (fungal infection of the scalp), tinea cruris (jock itch), tinea pedis (athlete's foot), and onychomycosis (nail infection).

Triorid-IT Tablet contains Terbinafine and Itraconazole, which work by destroying the fungal cell membrane. It stops the growth and kills the fungi. Thereby, it helps treat fungal infections.

In some cases, Triorid-IT Tablet may cause side effects such as nausea, indigestion, headache, and diarrhoea. These side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if any side effects persist or worsen.

Storage

• Non cold chain - To be stored in cool places at 10ºC to 25ºC or below 30ºC.

What if I have taken an overdose of Triorid-IT Tablet

Never take more than the prescribed dose. If you suspect that you or someone else might have taken an overdose of Triorid-IT Tablet , go to the accident and emergency department of your local hospital at once. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.

Drug Warnings

Do not take Triorid-IT Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have/had liver or kidney problems, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus (autoimmune disorder), heart or lung problems, porphyria (inherited blood disorder), or a weak immune system.
