U-Bolide IU injection 1's contains Ulinastatin as an active ingredient, which belongs to the protease inhibitor class of drugs. It works by inhibiting serine proteases, including trypsin, chymotrypsin, kallikrein, plasmin, thrombin, factors IXa, Xa, XIa, and XlIa. This helps prevent organ dysfunction.

U-Bolide IU injection 1's may cause certain side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, headache, skin rash, itching, diarrhoea, allergic reactions and pain at the site of injection. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. A trained healthcare professional will administer it. Do not self-administer.
