Neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), diabetic macular edema (DMO), and retinal vein occlusion (RVO) are chronic eye conditions characterized by the growth of abnormal blood vessels beneath the retina and macula, leading to fluid accumulation, swelling, and vision impairment.

• Diabetic macular edema (DME): Vabysmo 6 mg (0.05 ml of 120mg/ml Solution) Injection 1's treats Diabetic Macular Edema (DME), an eye disease caused by diabetes that can lead to vision loss, by dual-action targeting of VEGF and Ang-2, reducing edema and preserving vision.
• Macular edema followed by retinal vein occlusion: Vabysmo 6 mg (0.05 ml of 120mg/ml Solution) Injection 1's is also used for treating macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion (RVO), aiming to reduce edema and improve vision.
