It may also be used when other treatments have failed or in combination with other treatments. Z-Taxel 260 mg Injection 43.4 ml may also be indicated in patients with Kaposi’s sarcoma (cancer that develops from the cells that line lymph or blood vessels) associated with AIDS (Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome), where other treatments have not been effective. Z-Taxel 260 mg Injection 43.4 ml contains ‘Paclitaxel’, which works by preventing the growth of certain cancer cells.
