Zenotas-MZ Suspension 30 ml is used to treat digestive infections and related symptoms. The detailed uses of Zenotas-MZ Suspension 30 ml are as follows:

• Treats diarrhoea: Zenotas-MZ Suspension 30 ml helps manage infections that cause diarrhoea by targeting bacteria and parasites.
• Reduces flatulence: Zenotas-MZ Suspension 30 ml helps relieve excessive gas and bloating in the stomach.
• stomach discomfort: Zenotas-MZ Suspension 30 ml is used to ease abdominal pain and discomfort associated with digestive disturbances.

Zenotas-MZ Suspension 30 ml contains Ofloxacin (quinolone antibiotic), Metronidazole (antimicrobials), and Simethicone (digestive enzyme). Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA replication by attaching to an enzyme known as DNA gyrase. Metronidazole kills parasites and anaerobic bacteria that are responsible for causing infections. It inhibits the protein synthesis interacting with DNA. Simethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through flatus or belching (burping). Thus Zenotas-MZ Suspension 30 ml helps treat diarrhoea and reduce symptoms of flatulence and stomach discomfort.
