Zesnil 12.5 Tablet belongs to the group of medicines known as selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) indicated for the management of fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a long-lasting condition that causes pain and tenderness throughout the body.

Zesnil 12.5 Tablet contains Milnacipran, which works by increasing the amount of natural substances, such as serotonin and norepinephrine, which help stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Thereby, it helps manage fibromyalgia.

Directions for Use

• Zesnil 12.5 Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is preferable to take it with food to reduce the chances of stomach upset.• Take Zesnil 12.5 Tablet once daily; however, follow your doctor's advice regarding the dosage and duration.• Swallow Zesnil 12.5 Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.• Do not break, crush or chew Zesnil 12.5 Tablet.

Storage

• Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
• Keep Zesnil 12.5 Tablet out of reach and sight of children.

What if I have taken an overdose of Zesnil 12.5 Tablet

Please do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. Signs and symptoms of an overdose of Zesnil 12.5 Tablet may include severe drowsiness, dizziness, and confusion. Seek immediate medical attention if you observe any symptoms or think you might have taken too much. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.

Drug Warnings

Do not take Zesnil 12.5 Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have high blood pressure, seizures, irregular heartbeat, abnormal bleeding, inflamed or enlarged prostate, low sodium levels, liver or kidney problems, or if you have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors in the last 14 days.
