About Zovirax Suspension

Zovirax Suspension is used to treat viral infections, including cold sores (an inflamed blister in or near the mouth), genital herpes (a common sexually transmitted infection), herpes simplex infection, shingles (a viral infection that causes a painful rash), and chickenpox.

Zovirax Suspension contains Aciclovir, which is an antiviral medication. It works by stopping the growth of the virus, resulting in decreased viral overload. Thereby, Zovirax Suspension helps treat viral infections.

In some cases, you may experience headache, dizziness, nausea or vomiting, diarrhoea, and tiredness. Most of these side effects of Zovirax Suspension are temporary, do not require medical attention, and gradually resolve over time.
