Directions for Use

  • Before measuring, remove tight-fitting clothing or tight rolled-up sleeves from your left upper arm. Do not place the arm cuff over thick garments.
  • Sit on a chair with your legs uncrossed and your feet flat on the floor. Sit upright with your back straight and the back and arm supported.
  • Put your arm through the cuff loop. The cuff should be fastened so two fingers can fit under the cuff.
  • The cuff is suitable for you if the index mark is between the MIN and MAX markings after fitting the cuff on the upper arm.
  • Insert the Air Tube Connector into the Air Tube Port.
  • With the cuff attached properly and in a correct posture, press the START/STOP Button.
  • All LCD elements will briefly display, and measurement will begin after about three seconds.
  • If one of the alarms is activated, that alarm icon will display.
  • To cancel a measurement at any time, press the START/STOP Button.
