Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's

Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's is a calcium supplement used effectively in treating various conditions like Vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis, arthritis, and bone fractures caused by low calcium levels in the body. It is also used in conditions like bone spur, lower back pain, joint/cartilage damage and nerve or muscle pain.

Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's consists of Calcium Aspartate. It is used to treat calcium deficiency and provides essential nutrients necessary for bone formation and maintenance. 

Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's may cause side effects such as constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, flatulence, and vomiting. If any of the side effects bother you, consult your doctor. Take Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's as recommended by the healthcare provider or the dietician.

Avoid taking Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's and inform your doctor if you are allergic to any of the components of this medicine. This medicine is contraindicated in patients with hyperparathyroidism, cancer, and renal calculi. Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's is used to treat low blood calcium levels. It effectively treats various conditions caused by low calcium levels in the body, like Vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis, arthritis, and bone fractures. Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's contains Calcium aspartate, a mineral used to prevent or treat a calcium deficiency. It provides essential nutrients to maintain bone formation. It further prevents cartilage degeneration. It also helps increase bone density and enhance collagen production.

Drug-Drug Interaction: No interactions found.

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol as they might inhibit calcium absorption.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's is contraindicated in patients with hypercalcemia, renal calculi, hyperparathyroidism, paravitaminosis D, and cancer conditions.

• Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese or milk-based custard in your diet.

• Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, spinach, beans, and other green leafy vegetables.

• Include the best dietary sources of vitamin D, such as fish liver oils and vitamin D-fortified milk.

• Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds. 

• Sprinkle sesame seeds over your food, vegetables and salads. Sesame seeds are high in calcium.

• It is advised to monitor your calcium levels in a timely manner through blood examination.

• It is advised not to take Calgrow-AS Tablet 10's in patients with kidney stones.
