Fleximore Gel is used in the treatment of Musculoskeletal pain, Joint pain of arthritis. The detailed uses of Fleximore Gel are as follows:

• Pain Relief: Fleximore Gel effectively alleviates muscle and joint pain, by reducing inflammation and discomfort and improving mobility.
• Arthritis Management: Fleximore Gel helps manage arthritis symptoms by reducing pain, inflammation, and stiffness, allowing for more comfortable joint movement.

• Aids in easing back, joint, and muscle pain brought on by inflammation or injury.
• Inflammation in the affected area is reduced with diclofenac.
• The cooling effect of menthol helps relieve pain and discomfort.
• The warming action of methyl salicylate enhances blood flow and aids in the healing process.
• Enhances the range of motion and flexibility of muscles and joints.
• Relieves osteoarthritis and other joint conditions.
• Speeds up the healing process for sports injuries, sprains, and strains.

• Fleximore Gel is for topical (skin surface) use only.
• It is typically applied 3-4 times daily, or as directed by your doctor.
• Wash your hands with soap and water before applying Fleximore Gel. Apply a small amount of Fleximore Gel to the affected area with a piece of clean cotton wool or gauze swab and gently rub it in.
• Avoid taking a shower for at least 1 hour after application.
• If Fleximore Gel accidentally comes in contact with your eyes, mouth, or nose, rinse with water thoroughly.
• Do not apply it to open wounds, or use external heat or occlusive dressings on the treated joints.

Lifestyle changes:

• To increase joint and muscular strength, perform physiotherapy, stretching, and mild exercises.
• Minimize abrupt movements, hard lifting, and usage of sore joints or muscles.
• Carrying too much weight puts more strain on joints, particularly the back and knees.
• To avoid joint and muscle pain and aid in recovery, sit, stand, and work with proper posture.

Physical activity:

• In addition to promoting recuperation, exercises like yoga, stretching, swimming, and walking assist increase flexibility and decrease stiffness.
• To lessen muscle strain and stop additional injuries, do some light stretching and warm-up exercises.

• Before using Fleximore Gel, tell your doctor if you are allergic to Fleximore Gel other pain killers (like ibuprofen, naproxen, celecoxib) or if you have any other allergies.
• Use of Fleximore Gel is contraindicated in the people who have asthma, liver disease, kidney disease, stomach/intestine problems (bleeding, ulcers, Crohn's disease), cardiovascular diseases (heart attack, high blood pressure, stroke), swelling (oedema, fluid retention), blood disorders (such as anaemia), bleeding/clotting problems.
• Fleximore Gel should not be given to children less than 2 years of age.
• The use of Fleximore Gel should be done with caution in the elderly as they have a high risk of kidney damage and gastrointestinal bleeding.
