Gassanol Liquid 200 ml

Gassanol liquid is a blend of natural plant extracts that helps manage gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric pain, gastritis, ulcer recurrence, dyspepsia, heartburn, mild diarrhoea and stomach pain. Belladonna dry extract and bismuth citrate are the active ingredients.

• Gassanol liquid comprises natural products.
• Belladonna alkaloids have anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce inflammation in the stomach and intestine.
• It also aids in the reduction of gastric acid. As a result, it aids in the neutralization of gastric acid.
• Bismuth is used to treat diarrhoea in adults and adolescents. It is also used to treat symptoms of an upset stomach in adults and adolescents, such as heartburn, indigestion, and nausea.
• Bismuth seems to help eliminate bacteria that cause stomach issues, such as diarrhoea and stomach ulcers.

The recommended dosage of Gassanol liquid is 10 ml (two teaspoonful) three times a day or as directed by the physician.
